3D pen

3D Pen and assorted filament

Just bought these just to get swanky if not schwifty with detailing already made 3D prints, just painting isn’t enough. Looks like a kid’s toy, very useful for repairing bodged supports or adding LED-lights. My these things go *hard* on Amazon, going to discover what a “humanized button” is.

fedora43

Fedora 43

Installed the latest Fedora Workstation on an external SSD and it is an absolute breeze to use. Have not heard a single pop or crackle in audio, so happy with that. Gnome is very easy to use too, if there is going to be a “year of the Linux desktop” […]

HP Prodesk 600 PC Ultra Slim

HP Prodesk 600 PC Ultra Slim

Bought this refurbished HP miniPC as a home server, going to put Fedora Server on it and be done with *all* dreaming of Raspberry Pi somehow being fit for that. I never aspired a deviant life and Raspberry Pi is so freaking demanding in so many ways … it just […]

yunohost

Yunohost

Two index fingers and pinkies up for Yunohost! What is it? Oh just a package distribution for selfhosting which can be run locally, fixes all router/NAT-problems automatically and allows one to register a free hostname with DynDNS and connect all apps to that! Installed it on top of Debian, blew […]
